Today, I am going to share one of the ways of making money on fiverr doing a particular service called transcription. Someone might want to ask what transcription is all about...Wikipedia defined transcription as a business which converts speech (either live or recorded) into a written or
electronic text document. Transcription services are often provided for
business, legal, or medical purposes. The most common type of transcription is from a spoken-language source into text such as a computer file suitable for printing as a document such as a report. Common examples are the proceedings of a court hearing such as a criminal trial (by a court reporter) or a physician's recorded voice notes (medical transcription).
From the definition above, we can simply say that transcription is the conversion of an audio or a video file to a text document.
Now how do you make money on fiverr doing this?.... Its as simple as abc..... So many 'lazy' clients or buyers (if I should use fiverr's terms), lol, look for people like you who are ready to work to do this work for them while they are busy sleeping or attending to other things..... actually some of them are not lazy. They just dont have time! So they look for someone..... For a transcription service, various individuals and organisations have
different rates and methods of pricing. That can be per line, per word,
per minute, or per hour, which differs from individual to individual and
industry to industry....
On Fiverr, you could charge $5 for a 10mins/15mins audio or video. You see? If a buyer requests for this service and he has a 1hr audio for you to work on, you are already making $60.... Do the maths!
One thing about offering this kind of service is that it is very stressful and takes alot of time....Even though it takes time, you can still make alot of money from it.
One funny thing about offering this service on fiverr is that even when you turn down an order from a buyer, they do not accept..... this is a service that buyers will beg you to do even when you turn them down,.......
